MS LCSW, Prepare/Enrich Facilitator
At the heart of my work is creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2014 and my Master of Social Work in 2019 from Kennesaw State University, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia. In my work with individuals, I primarily use adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Lifespan Integration Therapy to support clients navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and the many challenges life can bring.
I also enjoy working with couples and those preparing for marriage, using the Gottman Method and Prepare/Enrich to help partners build stronger communication, connection, and understanding.
I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including a therapeutic boarding school in Montana, Intensive In-Home services, and residential treatment programs for teens and their families. These experiences have shaped my belief in meeting people where they are and honoring each person’s unique story.
I am currently licensed to practice in Georgia and offer telehealth services to clients in Florida.
