The goal of this group is to:

  • Approach parenting from a developmentally attuned perspective
  • Identify ways to help your child and adolescent thrive
  • Learn to maximize the parent/child connection
  • Gain awareness about how to keep your children safe

  • Overwhelmed with parenting
  • Frustration/anger towards your child or adolescent
  • Disconnection from your child or adolescent
  • The desire to grow as a parent/individual

Location:

  • Telehealth (Link provided upon registration)
  • Meets virtually every week at no cost (Free)

Time:

  • Thursdays, 11 am- 12 pm (young children)
  • Thursdays, 1 pm- 2 pm (adolescents)
