Seeking support takes courage, and I am honored to be part of that journey. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, compassion, and collaboration. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, overcome obstacles, and help you create a life that reflects your values and brings you greater peace and confidence.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Agnes Scott College, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2027. Before entering the counseling field, I built a career as a paralegal while also raising a family, experiences that strengthened my ability to listen with empathy, solve problems thoughtfully, and support people through difficult life transitions.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Guided by compassion, authenticity, and respect, I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. I have a special passion for supporting women who have experienced trauma and feel stuck in patterns shaped by their past, helping them rediscover their strengths, heal, and move toward the life they want to create.
My goal is to help clients build healthy coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop the confidence to create lives that align with their values and personal goals. I am currently practicing at Be Well ATL under the supervision of Nicolanne Eustace, LPC, CPCS (License #: 4633).
