How Much:

Our individual therapy sessions range from $170 to $250 per 50-minute session depending on the clinician’s rate—we also offer limited sessions with our clinical interns at a rate of $100 or less in order to better serve a wider range of financial need. We are out-of-network but can provide superbills for reimbursement.

How Often:

We typically recommend meeting once per week at first, with flexibility based on your needs and goals.

How Long:

While every journey is different, many clients begin seeing progress within 6–12 weeks. Longer-term support is also available.
